Once an order is placed, we ship products within 3-5 days unless otherwise posted. Once the product has been packaged and shipped, no changes or modifications can be made. General shipping takes 3-5 business days and will run on the USPS schedule. You will be provided a tracking number and a shipping confirmation via email. Once your package has been shipped, the transfer of responsibility is now with the United States Postal Service, so should you incur any issues, please contact them directly.
Lane Creek Reserve is not responsible for any lost, stolen or confiscated packages. Should the consumer provide any inaccurate information regarding the delivery address, LCR will not re-ship the product unless an additional order is placed. Should you notice inaccurate information on your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.

Our animals are cared for year round by our entire family. Each member has a key role in their happiness, food program and overall care. Our intention is for all animals to have access to irrigated pastures even through the dry season. When our native perennial grasses become unavailable to them, we will supplement with a local non-GMO, no-spray, Alfalfa or clover hay. Our animals are not vaccinated, not certified organic, but are raised on incredible NATIVE grasses, and are considered grass-fed with little spent grain from our local brewery as a treat, bu it is not a substantial part of their daily diet. The custom processing plant that we use is not certified organic, nor is it USDA, but meat is minimally processed — no chemicals or fillers or detergents of any kind are added to your meat, and meat is not irradiated. No Shipping is available for our local meat, pick up at the farm or our partnering butcher is required. Should you find your meat not to be all you expected, please call us immediately, we will do all in our power to make it right.
For whatever reason you are not satisfied with any of the product/s received from Lane Creek Reserve you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned unopened for a full refund at the cost of the customer. If the product has been opened, worn or used, a partial refund may be issued based on the reason behind the return, but is not guaranteed. Should a refund be issued, it will be in the same form as the payment was received. Please note, refunds on credit card purchases will incur a service fee. Refunds are not offered on promotional, sale or discounted items.
