Enjoy delicious, pastured pork raised on our green pastured at Lane Creek Reserve. We offer whole and half pigs for purchase, which will provide you with a variety of cuts of meat great for feeding the whole family.

Prices for pastured pork locker beef:

$5.50/lb hanging weight for a whole hog $6.50/lb hanging weight for half.  This does not include the cut & wrap fees which is $0.75 cents per pound, and the harvest and disposal fee of $75.00 per head, $40.00 per half. A non-refundable deposit is required for any reservation, which is $325.00 for a whole pig and $150.00 for a half. The Reserved Cut is our Locker Meat program here at Lane Creek Reserve. Locker meat refers to purchasing a quarter, half or whole animal. This is a great way to ensure you and your family have local, pastured pork that was raised with the best of practices, from a farm you know and farmers you trust! We raise the animals with the best of husbandry practices and believe that the animal should enjoy its life while providing us with the much needed manure and grazing for the continued fertility of our land and crops. For quarter and half reservations, you will be getting a “split quarter” which is a solid mix of all cuts from the side, not just the front or rear of the animal.

Additionally, you can request what’s known as the “5th quarter” if you would like fat, bones, and select organ meats. Please indicate on your reservation if you are interested in this complimentary add on.
